Exhibition at Hereford City Art Gallery in 2013
Our biggest and best news is that we have been successful in our application for an exhibition at the Hereford City Art Gallery, in Spring 2013. All members will be able to exhibit NEW work in whatever style, subject, or medium they choose.

Before the City Art Gallery, we have the themed exhibition. "WORDS FOR THE EYE", at The Courtyard Centre for the Arts, in May 2012.

Hopefully all members will have printed off a copy of our application, explaining the poetry based theme. If not, please contact Exhibitions Secretary, Ellie Ling.

We have all the display space at The Courtyard available to us, both Gallery and Canyons, so members wiill be able to show more than one piece of work. The terms of the Brief for this show will be strictly held to, and work not adhereing to them won't be displayed - Be Warned!

This year in the absence of an exhibition, we have concentrated on the "Society" element of HACS, aiming to have meetings, or talks on consecutive months, when possible. Try and join us for these - it's an opportunity to meet other members and share thoughts and ideas. If you would like to give a talk on a favourite arts-related subject, or have an idea for an event, do get in touch, and we'll try and find a place and space for you to do it.


COMING UP



Our programme for next year is now in the process of being compiled. We have already arranged for landscape artist Vanessa Pomeroy, and ASG gallery owner Marion Campbell to give talks in the new year.
